The residential spaces will consist of studio, one bedroom, two bedroom and penthouse units. All spaces will be for sale which will encourage individual ownership.
Phase Three:
This phase is currently in the design development phase. Our latest concept for this phase is to provide a small Boutique hotel with ten keys and a high end coffee + whiskey bar that will serve as the lobby and hang out space for the botique hotel.
