Founder, Greg Walls Building + Design

Greg Walls founded Greg Walls Building + Design in 1994, following his graduation from the School of Architecture and Design at the University of Louisiana at Lafayette. Before launching his own firm, he honed his skills working with his father, C. Phil Walls, and respected architects David Courville and Randy Moore.

With over 30 years of experience, Greg is known for his ability to integrate construction expertise with thoughtful, functional design. As a designer, contractor, and developer, he focuses on urban infill development—crafting spaces that maximize a site’s potential while enhancing the quality of life for those who live and work in them.

Principal / Project Manager

Helena earned her Associate Degree from South Louisiana Community College in 2015 through the Early College Academy program. She went on to study Architecture at the University of Louisiana at Lafayette before choosing to pursue her entrepreneurial interests.

A key member of our team, Helena plays an essential role in every phase of our projects—from initial concept through final completion. She is the driving force behind our working drawings, and her versatility, precision and dedication make her an invaluable asset to the success of each project.

Working Together

This father-daughter duo has been collaborating since 2018, combining family bonds with a highly productive professional partnership. Working together seamlessly, they have cultivated a dynamic relationship built on mutual respect and shared goals, making their teamwork both rewarding and effective. A great example of our work that we collaborate on (pictured above) is a pergola that Greg and Helena designed and Constructed at Johnson’s Boucanière.
